Our FirstSpot Server CPU is getting killed by Apache.exe Service. Is there anything we can do about this? We are using Version 2.1.

This might be due there are some P2P/virus software from the client network. Try to use a sniffer to identify the client PC and disconnect it.
As v2 is really old and in v4 we improve the handling for this type of situation, we recommend you to upgrade FirstSpot.
