configuration manager issue

I get The page cannot be displayed when I try to open Configuration manager I have uninstalled and reloaded it 5 times already

just loaded trail version, went to Congiguration Manager, got this

Your TCP/IP looks corrupted. Are you sure it is working okay?

You might want to install FirstSpot in the "clean" Windows as a test.
