User Provisioning And Management

Hi,

I'm currently doing some evaluation of hotspot software and firstspot is one of them. I find the user provisioning section a little difficult to use. For example, when I create a number of users using bulk users, I can't get it to generate and print tickets. Instead, I have to look at the csv files. Is there any other way to ease this process? I saw some threads talking about ticket printing but so far, I havent been able to find anything like that.

For ticket printout (i.e prepaid card), you need to use the QuickAdd feature under the Users category.
