How can my customer print on a shared printer with firstSpot. Is it available a tutorial ?

You mean offering printing service to the end-users? In that case, you need to use our PrinterOn integration feature. Refer to Chapter 3 (Printing session) of firstspot_guide.pdf for a brief instruction.
