User plans - specific time restrictions.

It would be handy to be able to create plans which go one step beyond fixed minutes, hours, days or date range.

For example to be able to offer peak and off peak plans, that permit usage daily between certain times, whilst denying access during other times.

At the moment - it seems that a new account would have to be used on a daily basis for a specific period. I don't offer users self signup. Or is it possible to leave the date element out of the date/time boxes - so that time is the only restricting factor?

If this isn't currently possible, would you consider this in a future release.
