Purchased FirstSpot over a week ago and for some unknown reason the DHCP server stopped this morning for some unknown reason. Lost several sales before I was alerted that people couldn't login to the system. Ideas on why and what steps can be taken to prevent it from happening again?
Network is fairly simple; a few APs with fixed addresses and FirstSpot handling the client's computers with DHCP. If you require additional info, please let me know. _________________ Don |

Please post your trace.txt file under FirstSpot\dhcp directory for further analysis.
BTW, what version of FirstSpot are you using? _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

One thing to check is that did you include your AP's IP in FirstSpot DHCP Excluded IP list? _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Will do.
Version: 4.0.1
Set aside two full class C's in the DHCP excluded list.
