I use an advanced firstspot, when i add macaddress user and check the flag passive login, the user is redirected to the login page and asked password. This is not correct i would to browse direct to internet, how i can fix this ? |

Please check:
1) Whether the client MAC is correct. Use command ipconfig/all from the client side
2) There is no router between client PC and FirstSpot. See Scenario 1 at http://www.patronsoft.com/firstspot/topologies.html _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

I set the right mac address but i redirect to the login page only with password field not username. |

Please post your log file firstspot_gw_srv_[timestamp].log at FirstSpot directory for further analysis. You might want to restart FirstSpot (and reproduce the problem) to make the log file smaller.
