Dear Sir/Madam,
I am trying the trial version of your software but from the clients end, I have to refresh the browser for several times before I get the login page to log on.
Secondly, when I am able to logon and I'm browsing, I have to refresh each page two times before it is loaded on my desktop.
Can you help me out? It looks like we like the simplicity of your software and will like to buy it soon.

Look like you are having routing problem. Please check out http://www.patronsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1191 .
You might want to verify the DNS reliability too (issue nslookup from the client side several times to double-check).
