dispatcherservice.exe keeps crashing

Hello,
I have a registered version of the software but did not see any other way of support.
My dispatcherservice.exe has recently started crashing.
Faulting application dispatcherservice.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module dispatcherservice.exe, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00024bd0.
is the event in the event log.
I believe i am running 4.04 ... how do i update to the current one or how else do i fix this?

Maybe you have virus/spyware/peer-to-peer software from the client side. Try to pin down the offending client using tool like Ethereal.

I can't believe it is a client.
This happens almost instantly after the service starts.
I can never get it started long enough for any clients to get attached.

Your problem should be related to a bug in the trial version.

There is bug in the trial version which will cause it to crash if it is expired. This problem is fixed in v4.0.11 ( see http://www.patronsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=945 ).
