Paypal Authorizing not working?

In my credit card section I selected Paypal as the payment option. I added the correct user name in, etc.

In the plans section I've set up a plan giving a user 60 minutes of initial time.

In the shopping cart I've added a item as a test called '1 day' and gave it the cost of one cent.

On a test machine i try to use the internet, it of course directs me to login. I do so. It says Ive got no time left and payment status is unknown.

I DO have instant payment notification enabled in the paypal profile. The URL field is blank as specified in the guide.

If i show log in my credit card area in the configuration manager, it is blank.

The firstspot computer is not behind a NAT or firewall of anything of the sort

In the status screen of paypal the transaction status is completed.

Any idea guys? Thanks in advance for the help.

Note that if you don't have paypal_txn.log file in the log subdirectory, that means PayPal traffic didn't get through at all. Are you sure you configure the PayPal correctly?
