i have read that post thanks

I was refering to the client endpoint
we have tested witha a D-LINK DWL-800AP+
It works fine - but they don't make those
it is a simple ethernet to wireless little AP

was wondering if you have suggestios for other low cost simple AP's

Sorry, but normally we don't recommend AP brand as we are AP neutral.

Having said that, in general you might want to find some "thin" AP (AP with minimal functionalities) as FirstSpot has done most of the networking functions already (e.g. DNS, DHCP, Client Isolation, etc...)
