The SMTP roaming feature in our installation has broken.
When a user sends email. Firstspot accepts the email.. but never transmits it.
I have 100's of email log files that only contain one line. They look like this.
[firstspot_mail_2006.10.25_12.10.50.log]
** ProcMail: CreateMailFNList() fail |

Your ISP might block port 25.
Alternatively, you might want to change to using your ISP SMTP server. For using ISP SMTP server (v4.0.10 or newer), you need to specify the parameter IspSmtpDomain within config.ini. See http://www.patronsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=945 for details.
