Post subject: Internet Explorer 7

We have found some problems after clients upgrade to IE7. Either they wont get a login page at all, or after they do log in, a few clicks and they are rerouted to the login page.

Are there any known causes on the clients PC that may need to be changed after the upgrade, or issues with compatibility?

We are unable to reproduce your problem using IE7 in our lab. Are you sure it is a problem specific to IE7? Please double-check your network settings (e.g. DNS, Offloading).

I too, was unable to reproduce the problem here with my own laptop. I was hesitant in case it made changes that weren't compatible with firstspot, but I did it.

I found no problems like the ones that the few customers had experienced.

I will let them know it is a PC problem.
