Very Very Slow Connection

This is my config

ADSL - MODEM - ROUTER - PC - 2nd NIC - WIRELESS ROUTER

if using ICS or if ROUTER - WIRLESS ROUTER , everything is perfect,

But with FirstSpot the Internet Connection is very slow, it takes more than a minute to open a website (any website),

with google , when opened first then it is fast again in google only,
if trying to accesss anyother websites, back to the same situation.

other than that, only the login screen is fast.
