Installation on Windows 2003 Server

Hi,

I'm trying to install 4.0.12 on a Windows 2003 Server machine. Installation completes fine. But I my "guests" have the following problems:

- they can't access the webserver(s) in firstspot server
- there isn't any redirect to the "login" page...
but:
- they can surf to www.patronsoft.com (and google.com)
- ping is possible

This is a complete "out-of-the-box" install. I haven't customized anything, yet....

I've licensed for the advanced software. (is there a "post-sales" forum or support address?)
