Post subject: multi access point problem

Hi , I tried to put hub on firstspot network to use 3 or more access point but I have problem with DHCP , it work only with one access point plug on the hub , please What I have to do for make them work properly , do I have to make special setup in firstspot soft or special setup on access points ?

Please make sure:
1) the WAN port in your AP is not used
2) all the DHCP servers in your APs are turned off

Yes I am sure because if I unplug all and plug any one of them it work fine , the problem occure only if 2 or more AP are connected , I see on forum they use SWITCH and not HUB is it possible that is the problem because I use HUB ?

At least in your context, switch and hub should be the same.

Do you think it could be the difference between brand I uses 1 ap2700
from dlink and 1 linksys ? I will also check again for WAN and DHCP but it is strange problem . I'let you know tomorrow about it I will go on site today to check .
