HotSpot Administration and Management Reports

Having installed and tested FirstSpot Trial version, I could not find the feature that produces HotSpot Administration, Management and Accounting Reports (e. g. Daily Sales Report, Monthly Sales Report, Customer Time Spent Report, etc). Without these reports, FirstSpot looks like just an Internet Access Controller. Am I right or wrong ? These reports will assist is knowing how a typical HotSpot is running profitably or otherwise. Or can I write my own program(s)/tools to manipulate the DBF or SQL files to generate these reports; and how do I do this ? Thanks in advance.

There are several reports within FirstSpot:

1) the user log (under Users category of Configuration Manager)
2) URL Tracking (within the table fsurl)
3) credit card usage log (under Credit Cards category of Configuration Manager)

In some cases you might find the above reports not exactly fit your requirements, so you can use SQL to manipulate the data (see http://www.patronsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1514 for guideline to change the default dbf datasource).
