Do I need to set paypal.com as an exception free website in order to process payments? I see worldpay IP is default, and I can't find paypal's IP for accepting payments so I listed it as an exception free domain (instead of IP). Is this secure and will it work?

You shouldn't need to change the Exception Free Websites setting in order to make the credit card module within FirstSpot to work.

Having said that, the payment gateway company changes the behavior and domain name from time to time. So occasionally some adjustments needed to be made. And yes, it is safe to IP to Exception Free Websites (IP list) if you find it necessary.
