Post subject: SSL Issue

Now that the server is working perfectly, it was obviusly time to tweak with it some. I decided to add the 3rd party SSL certificate. I followed the instructions in the firstspot guide but users are still getting warnings not to view the site. I explain in further detail.

I created the CSR file and submitted it to godaddy.com for the Turbo SSL Certificate. They in turn game me three files back:

10.20.7.1.crt
gd_cross_intermediate.crt
gd_intermediate.crt

I changed the 10.20.7.1.crt to my-server.cert
I changed gd_intermediate.crt to ca.crt
I copied both to the www\apache\conf directory

godaddy provided me with a snippet to add to the website which I added to the footer of the login_form.php page.

I then added seal.godaddy.com to the exception free websites

I then enabled SSL and 3rd party SSL

but when users access the login page it gets this error:

------------------------------------------------------------------

There is a problem with this website's security certificate.

The security certificate presented by this website was not issued by a trusted certificate authority.

Security certificate problems may indicate an attempt to fool you or intercept any data you send to the server.

after ignoring error and continuing on to website, I clicked on <File><Properties><Certificates> I get this info:

It sound like it is still using Firstspot's SSL because when I was generating the CSR I used my home town and country for the generation, but it's showing up in the details as Hong Kong.

Please Help

Thanks
