Post subject: Free access to a certain port.

Hi,

I'm investigating FirstSpot as a wifi hotspot gateway for our college.

I would like to grant uncharged access to a Windows Terminal Server as part of this deployment, similar to the free webpage content. So, a user can join the hotspot, not login, but still be able to remote desktop to a Terminal Server on the WAN side of the link.

Can firstspot do this?

Sorry, we don't have this kind of control in FirstSpot.

Can you put the Windows Terminal Server IP in the Exception Free Websites (IP list) instead?

I have done this.. and I think I've either found a bug or a feature opportunity.

Consider the following:
Firstspot server in 10.0.2.0 range
Production (private) servers in 10.0.1.0 range

Don't want hotspot to have access to ALL servers in range, only a specific
one (ie a terminal server, webserver, whatever)
Putting the IP address of the Allowed server in the Exception Free Websites list DOES NOT grant them access to it.
