Post subject: Firstspot does not start |

Dear Patronsoft,
I am already the user of Firstspot on a first system running now smoothly for 8 months.
I am setting up a second machine and my brain is a bit rusty and I cannot get the machine to Start Firstspot.
I made the simplest hardware set up and checked all the pre requisite including the network card offloading parameters which I did not need to set up on the actual hardware. I access the firstspot admin console and click on Start but comes back STOPPED after very few seconds.
Any suggestions. Thanks for your prompt reply.

Maybe your FirstHop driver is not installed probably. Can you reinstall FirstSpot?
