Post subject: Login Screen Error

For some reason when customer's try to login they get this instead of the login form:
Warning: odbc_exec(): SQL error: [Microsoft][ODBC dBase Driver] System resource exceeded., SQL state S1001 in SQLExecDirect in c:\program files\firstspot\authserv\login_select.php on line 63

Warning: odbc_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid ODBC result resource in c:\program files\firstspot\authserv\login_select.php on line 65

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at c:\program files\firstspot\authserv\login_select.php:63) in c:\program files\firstspot\authserv\login_select.php on line 81

It works temporarily when I restart the server but it ultimately comes back to this.

Is your load heavy? Maybe you want to switch to MySQL (or MS SQL) datasource.

Nope, at most I have mayabe 10 ppl connected at once.

They have various bandwidth limits ranging from 32 down to 128 Down.

Is this a sign of lack of performance?
I really don't want to do SQL because most of my users are self-signup.

Specs:
Intel P3 1.2 Ghz
512MB Ram
Windows Server 2003 R2

Your traffic load seem okay.

Actually, this is the first time we encounter this error. It seems that some people have this problem too and rebooting seems to help. See http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/showthread.php?t=254675 .
