|
|
When I installed V4.13 it worked but I have noticed that when I check the boxes that allow me to access to configuration manager from the internet or network it won't load up. After restarting the pc, Apache, dispatcher, & other firstspot programs will not start. I reinstalled firstspot but same problem, I've even tried it on 3 different computers.
I tried typing in http://10.20.7.1:5787 like I always do but i can't even access the manager from the computer firstspot is installed to.
Even not checking those boxes, the program seems very unstable.
The only thing different from my old version of firstspot is my network card. Could this be the problem? |

The network card might cause problem. You said you tried 3 different machines, are they with the same network card?
Can you post the ipconfig/all output of your FirstSpot machine? _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Why the subnet mask for your Private Network Interface is 255.0.0.0 (instead of the default 255.255.255.0)? You can change it back in Configuration Manager.
Your HP card is a bit uncommon. You might want to select the Realtek card as Private Network Interface as a test. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

I'll get a new card, but I will use my last key.
I made the subnet that way. By doing that, some people get 10.20.71.11 while other people get 10.20.2.2 and so on. This makes unlimited and users can't see each other
Thanks |

It may not be exactly related to your current problem, but the "biggest" subnet we support is 255.255.0.0. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
