More User Fields

Hi, i need to register more user infos, Name, Surname, date of birth an so on, i've noticed that the only possibility is user name; can anyone help me ?

Hi, i've modified the my languange.php adding the "surname" field, i can correctly see the field on fs_signup, but when i submit form, every basic field is posted to database, but signup01-10 fields are always blank. what's wrong ? (can i check the fieldtype ? for example a datetime field)
