| hi my first spot server is giving reduced functionality mode, its saya that the mac address of the nic card does not mach, but i did not change any nic cards... what shall i do? |

Please make sure:
1) your FirstSpot machine connects to the Internet correctly (check DNS also) during FirstSpot startup
2) your system time in the FirstSpot machine is correct.
If you still have difficulty, please email us your firstspot_gw_srv_[timestamp].log under FirstSpot\log directory for further analysis.
