Post subject: User Can't access Internet

For no apparent reason, our users can no longer access the Internet. The Firstspot server can get on the internet on the public nic. The firstspot server can not ping client PCs, although client PCs can ping the firstspot server. When client pcs try to surf the internet, they somethimes get the google homepage (an exception free website), however they can't get any other websites, not even other exception free websites, and usually can't get google after navigating away from it. The client pcs can usually only see the login page if they type in the URL for it, but then are able to log in. Clients are then shown as logged in in firstspot, and are told that they will be redirected, but instead receive page can not be displayed error. I have turned off all firewall and antivirus software, and still get same problem. The apached error log showed "server ran out of threads."

Maybe DNS problem. Can you check the DNS using command nslookup (issue from both client and server)? You might want to post the output also.
