Post subject: disable shopping cart and credit cards
Hello,

I would like to disable the ability of users from purchasing access through the CP. Basically, we want to force them to visit a booth at our event for an access card. This is a restriction our ISP has placed upon us.

How do I do this in v4.x? Thanks!
