The reason we don't add 2checkout in FirstSpot (even though we use it ourselves in our FirstSpot buy page!) is that 2checkout is not real time like other payment gateway FirstSpot currently supports (i.e. PayPal, WorldPay, Authorize.Net and Google Checkout).
BTW, we provide a much better guideline in v5 for you to add additional payment gateway. Please check out chapter 7 (User Defined Payment) of firstspot_guide.pdf for more information.
