The above 3 files should be under your C:/Archivos de programa/FirstSpot/www/apache/conf directory. Please check again.

But the 3 files (httpd-firstspot.conf, httpd-fsvhosts.conf, httpd.conf) are there! Again, can you post the content of these 3 files here?

We have formatted the hard disk of the computer. We have installed Windows Professional XP with SP2. Later we have installed the version 5.0 de su software in the computer.

The Configuration Manager starts, we mess about on him User: firstspot and password: password.

Us aparce the following screen, we touch Satrt's key and after a moment he us turns out to be Stopped without managing to begin correctly.

We have urgency great in solving the problems, already I have indicated them that the 19th begins a courser) and we are in spite of not being able to use his software.

Let's indicate that we have possibilities of starting it.

Okay, Apache starts okay this time.

Any error message in the bottom Message Window within Configuration Manager?

If there is no error message, can you go through our suggestions stated in http://www.patronsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1985 ?

antzarmar, the above messages do not mean there is a problem. What is your EXACT symptoms? Can you post your error.log and firstspot_gw_[timestamp].log (under FirstSpot\log directory)?

Again, it will be great if you can give us remote access since it is just not very efficient to communicate this way.
