I have the 5.0 version and I have not problem about one month. This week my windows xp stopped two times. Appear a blue screen with one error in firsthop.sys. Can I send you this file to you to tell me what is the problem I have?.

The most obvious thing to check is whether you have changed your Windows recently (e.g. Windows update, install new software). You need to check your Windows Event Viewer. You might also scan your machine from virus and spyware.

I scan my events windows and i don´t have any wrong. I don´t have any windows update because I deactivate this option. I don´t navigate to internet and don´t download anything.
The problem its in firsthop.sys. Now firstspot works well three days ago.
Which are the maximum users at the same time firstspot accept?
Its preferible to install windows 2003 server os? I have windows xp sp2 installed.
