When user paid by Paypal, the user details information does not appear with data (blank) in option...
Account is disabled
Account is active
Conditions to suspend this account
Bandwidth throttling
etc...
When the paid period expired, the account actually display as "Unlimited".
Ex. A user buy 1 day access via Paypal, the 2nd day and forever he get free internet access.

Which version of FirstSpot are you using?
(You can click the About button in Configuration Manager to obtain this information.)
Please check if your browser's Javascript option is enabled. You may also export the database table FSUSR in Users tab and to see if users' data is updated in database. The exported file is FirstSpot\userdata.csv. |

Was the browser's Javascript option enabled?
Did you try to refresh Configuration Manager after the Paypal update?
Did the details of other users show properly or also show blank options after the Paypal update?
Are you using FirstSpot's default database and did you change any database settings? |
