can I send a message to a client pc with his IP address ?
I don't succeed in doing that wiht "netsend"

You can take advantage of the new v5 Announcement feature. Refer to chapter 3 of firstspot_guide.pdf for more information.
BTW, "net send" is known to have security issue and have been disabled in most Windows machine.
