Hallo Alan,
I tried to reproduce this issue but I was not able to reproduce it.
But I have encountered more problems that the Internet Explorer is unable to show the FS Login Page. This happens with versions 6 & 7 and Windows XP and Vista (the proxy settings don´t effect that). When I install Firefox on the clients PC it works without any problem. |

When you have problem again, you might want to use nslookup (issue from the client side) to double-check the DNS at that moment.
Also, can you post your ipconfig/all output for your client PC and FirstSpot?
