New customer who self-signup are not getting the proper Data Transfer Counter settings. Plan says "Yes" user gets "Use Global Setting". what am I doing wrong here? |

You've hit the situation stated in point 2 of the reminders under Cart management in the Shopping Cart tab. In other words, modifying the STATUS of any data transfer counter attributes is not possible through the purchase action.
Please make use of the "Self sign-up Plan" option in Authentication Server tab to initialize the user account attributes. You'll have to create a new plan for this option where the content is similar to your plan in Shopping Cart, but setting the quota value to 0 KB. |
