I removed all sites from the exception free list and restarted the service. When testing I can still get to google.com and live.com. It is odd that I can still get to Live.com as it was never in the exception list.

Maybe it is because MSN seach in our "official" list.
To avoid this issue, go to the file AllowedHostsKeywords.txt under FirstSpot directory, add a semi-colon (;) in front of :
search.msn.com
to comment out this entry.
