internet access with VOIP box

How do I make a Vonage Linksys Adapter VOIP box communicate through the firstspot software.....all clients require a username and password before they can get onto the internet but how do I make a piece of hardware work?

Is there an "exceptions" list somewhere?

You can use "Passive Login" account (under Users).
