Could PatronSoft serve users that do not have wireless interface? I mean through standard Ethernet cable.

Yes. In fact we support any physical connection as long as it is TCP/IP.
You might want to check out http://www.patronsoft.com/firstspot/topologies.html for some examples of FirstSpot network setup.
