Post subject: Initial configuration doesn't work

I've just set up the trial version of FirstSpot, and I can't get the initial configuration to work.

If I connect to the public interface's IP address on the FirstSpot computer, it'll give me the login page. However, I can't get to the login page from the client computer. Trying to access the IP of the public interface of the FirstSpot machine says "Waiting for..." and eventually tells me the connection with the server was reset. Any other website I try to visit on the client computer just says "Waiting for..." and eventually tells me the connection was reset.

The client computer receives an IP from the FirstSpot machine. I can also access Google from the client computer (since it's listed on the "free" list).

Any help would be appreciated. We have a client antsy to purchase a license and get this set up.
