Users Menu: Users and Plans not showing!

[b]I get the following error since yesterday in ie. Tried in several computers same behaviour. I use FirstSpot® v4.0.3 Advanced Edition. Please send me a patch procedure ASAP if possible. [/b]Webpage error details

Please Reply ASAP .. I need a fix for the pb. What shall I do? I cannot access customer account to edit.

Can I try to just reinstall on top of the actual installation?

I do not know what best is to do. Please guide me to find the pb. What could be the problem? I have 524 Users, how can I back up and reinstall?

You can try to uninstall/reinstall using the latest v4. I will send you an email on the v4 download link.

A longer term solution is to use the current v5, since we switch to Apache 2 in v5.
