Hi,
I operate a small internet cafe behind firstspot and would like to remote admin the PCs using Teamviewer or Logmein. is it possible and what exception site am i supposed to set?

You don't really need Teamviewer or Logmein. Just configure your firewall so that you can access port 5787 (web-based Configuration Manager) remotely.
Make sure you enable Configuration Manager -> Allow configuration manager access from the public network
