Post subject: iPassConnet can't access Firstspot |

I have a configured and working Hotspot, but users with iPassConnect software cannot connect. The iPass software associates with the network OK, but then immediately drops the connection. I believe this may be a configuration issue on the gateway, and I need some help to resolve this.
