Hi,
We have just purchased and installed on a new PC firstspot 6 (replacing an old firstspot 4 version) and we seem to have an issue with the infobox, it is activated in the options but doesn’t show up on all the computers in the network just a few of them and we are not using anonymous mode. Can you help us please?

What computers that are having problem? Do they have anti-popup enabled in their browser?
BTW, FirstSpot v6 now supports InfoBox in Anonymous mode.

We have 5 wyse thin clients connected to the network all have the same config, 2 of which show the infobox and the rest do not. But if we plug back in our old Patronsoft v4 Server the infobox appears correctly on all PCs. “pop up blocker is off”

What browser and version are the "problematic" client using?
