Hi to all,
I've just downloaded the trial version and I wish to know if is there a way to translate in Italian administrative pages (at least the operator page that is used to create accounts).

You can translate cmlang.php and put the translated version in custom_cmlang.php. Refer to chapter 3 -> UI Customization section of firstspot_guide.pdf for more information.
