I am having 2 problems that I hope you can help with.

I have the newest version of firstspot and here are my prblems:

1. When someone makes a payment through paypal (using firstspot) Firstspot don't update the customers account after a succesful transaction.

2. In the plans area, I have Enabled data transfer counter for upload and download but that also does not update.

I do have a ddns in place of the public return IP.

1) Can you go through the troubleshoot guide at http://patronsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2058 . Check whether the file txn.log exists. Also, you might want to simplify the case by disabling DDNS for the time being in order to ease the troubleshooting.

2) Please note that Shopping Carts cannot change the Data Transfer counter setting (it can only change Quota and/or reset the counter). You need to initialize the user attributes correctly first.

BTW, what is the exact FirstSpot version you are currently using?

I'm using Version 6.0.6

I took out the DDNS and put the outside address in. It seems to update the date that the client will expire but it don't let the customer on becuase they have 0 minutes. We don't charge by the minute, we charge by the month.

When a customer goes in and makes a payment, I have to manully go in and uncheck the box "When access minutes are used up". Is there a way to automatically have this box unchecked?
