In the page for bulk account there is this mention :
"Please be reminded that passwords contain only small letters, no numerics"

I've created 200 bulk accounts and there is no numeric but passwords are CASE sensitive. So there are not all in small letters

Administrator choice for generating password all in small letter instead of mix would be greatly appreciated

may be for a next release ?

You can experiment with the pwd_salt parameter within the config.ini file.
