Post subject: Access problem

Ok basically everything is up and running fine here, except for a few things:

1.The infobox mini-page closes itself after logging in, therefore i cant see anything that its meant to show.

2. I cant access anything but google.com (in the exceptions list) It's like the server forgets i've logged in

3. I cant stay logged in! basically i click log in, it says its all good, and then poof, nothing. I see that its meant to ask for a login when you go to a website, i'm not seeing that.

Setup is:

Router (netgear DG834) -> Server PC (LAN port 1)

Server (Lan Port 2) -> WAP (Netgear WG602 v2)

WAP -> wireless clients.

I'd be stumped, except that the 'free' exception sites work just fine!

Please give me a hand, i'm actually new at this and kinda got thrown in the deep end on this one.

Update: I can see the infobox thing now, that was a popupblocker being a pain. However, i still cant access any websites.

Ideas?

are you on the free verson (trial) or purchased? cause i know i ran into the same till i purchased the license key cause of the 15min limitation. and also did you stop and restart the dispatcher after you added the new exception free sites? just some ideas that i know i ran into.

trial version, sorry about that. Its not the 15m Limit, someone else said to disable offloading on the card... i'll try that now.

Yes, restarting the service allowed new exception sites to work, but no others.

yes, disabling checksum/hardware offloading in the network cards properties fixed it right up.

Now all i need is someone with PHP skills.... Is help with the PHP pages part of the maintenance contract?

(I have read up on it, but i cant do PHP)

For customers with maintenance, we can answer specific questions that you might have on PHP customization.
