Post subject: Please Explain the Throttling |

There are the 3 different parts/speeds of the Throttling. Can someone explain which is the fastest down to the slowest, so I make sure i know what i'm offering the customers. Thanks

The smaller the value, the less "maximum" bandwidth the user can get.
