| We are upgrading from V3 to V4 and the license key is coming up invalid. What do we do??? |

Note that v3 and v4 licenses are different, so you need a new license key.
According to our record, your company has a valid maintenance contract. Please send an email request to support@patronsoft.com (make sure you indicate your MAC) and we issue you a new v4 license key.
