Firstspot service stops authenticating wireless clients afte

I would like to know why the Firstspot service stops authenticating wireless clients after about 30 minute of restarting the service.
When this happens, wireless clients have access to the internet for free. This makes the object of my business not hold.
I would like to know if anyone can help with this problem.

1) Is the client PC using Proxy?

2) Can the client PC issue command "nslookup apple.com" without errors?

No there is no proxy server installed in the Firstspot server.

Here is the result of my nslookup;

Your DNS looks correct.

Is your problem reproducible, or is it intermittent?

Also, please try this test : empty the file AllowedHostsKeywords.txt (make it 0 byte) and then restart FirstSpot.
