Post subject: Configuration Management - can not call

I have installed Firstspot trial version. I failed first time because I do not have internet connection so I install Microsoft loopback for installation.
Second installation, I can install Firstspot without error. I try to run Firstspot but it shows error.

How can I check Firstspot that it is completely installed?

About ODBC optional, when Firstspot connect to ODBC and how?

Thank you and regards,

Visut

It is supposed to show Configuration Management in browser but it said that page display error. It seems be not found "http://localhost:5787". I check IP address and use IP address but it still shows same error.

In addition, I check in network connection. It shows only 2 local area connections. One belongs to Network card. Second belongs to Microsoft loopback. Is it correct?

If you are unable to access Configuration Manager, it usually means that the FirstSpot setup is not done correctly.

Please make sure:

1) you don't have Apache or PHP already installed. Uninstall them before installing FirstSpot

2) you select your network card as Private Network Interface and Loopback as Public Network Interface during setup.
